Common questions
Is it free to create an account?
Yes, creating an account is free. Entry fees are set by the event organiser. Some clubs include Horsify's rate in their entry fees; others show it as a platform fee at checkout. A club's platform fee applies to online payments only — pay the club directly by cash or bank transfer and nothing is added.
How do I pay for entries?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe. You'll receive an instant receipt.
Can I modify my entry after submitting?
Modifications depend on the organiser's policy. Check the event details or contact the organiser directly.
