Refund Policy

Clinics and training days - clinics are non refundable unless we cancel the event. You can find someone else to take your position and transfer the ticket to them. Club and competition days - For our fun days they are refundable if 24 hours notice is given.

Run a club or host events?

Take entries on Horsify — plans from $10 a year, one all-in rate on online payments.

For Australian clubs, riding schools and event organisers. Online payments cost 2.5% + 30c per transaction, all-in — Stripe's card processing is included rather than added on top. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Or, on the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and Horsify takes nothing per transaction — you keep your own Stripe rates and your own payout schedule.
