The whole day — not just the entry form

Entries and payments, bridle numbers, the draw and ride times, score sheets in the judge's box, and results on riders' phones before they've untacked. Built for Australian clubs, priced for club budgets.

No credit card needed. One all-in rate on online payments.

Simple pricing on every entry

One rate. Card processing included.

One rate covers everything on your entry and membership fees — Stripe's card processing is included, not billed separately. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.

2.5% + 30c

Your all-in cost per transaction, card processing included. No setup cost, and nothing extra per entry. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Unlike platforms that charge the club a commission on top of card processing, Horsify's rate is the total.

Or bring your own

On the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and pay Horsify nothing per transaction. Horsify takes nothing from a bank transfer or a cash payment on any plan.

Fast AU payouts

Money settles straight to an Australian bank account via Stripe — no waiting for a lump-sum payout later.

A club day, start to finish

Screens from a real dressage day — six starters, three classes, one canteen roster.

  1. Entries come in, numbered and paid

Riders enter online and pay by card, bank transfer or cash on the day — you decide which. Bridle numbers are allocated across the whole event in one click, and the one entry still to settle is a filter away, not a spreadsheet reconciliation.

The organiser entry list for Brisbane Winter Dressage Festival: six riders with their horses, allocated bridle numbers, the three classes each is entered in, and a payment column showing five paid by card and one outstanding cash entry.
  2. The judge scores on a tablet

Build a score sheet for every ride on the published draw — test, judge, arena, rider, horse, bridle number and ride time — then score it in the box. Movement marks, collectives and the percentage are worked out as the pencil types, and the sheet prints as a PDF for the rider.

Assigned dressage score sheets: Charlotte Mills on Valegro Park, EA Preparatory Test 1, Judge Margaret Whitfield at C, bridle 1, draw 1, locked at 75.667 per cent, with further riders below.
  3. Results go out on their own

Placings publish to the event's results board as each class is scored, marked provisional until you finalise them. Riders are notified once per result — in the app if they have it, by SMS if they don't — so nobody is refreshing a Facebook post at 9pm.

The public results board for Preliminary Test 1: six placings with medal positions, riders shown by first name and initial with their bridle numbers, horses, and percentages from 75.67 down to 60.67.
  4. And somebody has to run the canteen

List the jobs the day actually needs and how many of each. Riders pick one as they enter — optional, or required before their entry goes through — and the roster publishes back to them with a buffer around their own ride times.

The helper jobs an event needs: two gate stewards, three pencils or scribes, two scoring runners and two canteen or barbecue helpers, each editable, with a control to add another job.

Alongside all of that: gear check, horse health and movement declarations, day yards and stables, powered and unpowered camping, entry-form templates you reuse next season, and a member database that remembers which horse belongs to whom.

Online payments cost 2.5% + 30c per transaction, all-in — Stripe's card processing is included rather than added on top. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Or, on the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and Horsify takes nothing per transaction — you keep your own Stripe rates and your own payout schedule.

Questions committees ask

What does the Organisation Management plan include?

Unlimited event hosting and complete membership management in one subscription: online entries with payment processing, bridle number allocation, scheduling and draws, dressage scoring, results, helper rosters, and a member database. Pricing is tiered by member count: $10/year for 0-100 members, $20/year for 101-200, and $30/year for 201 or more.

Are there any platform fees for riders?

Horsify's only per-transaction charge is its platform fee on online payments, and it is billed to the club. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way. Where a club adds a platform fee it is the same whichever way you pay — cash, bank transfer or card. Horsify takes nothing from a bank transfer or a cash-on-the-day payment.

Can we run dressage on Horsify, or only take entries?

You can run it. Publish a draw with ride times, auto-create a score sheet for every ride from the tests each division is set, and score in the arena on a tablet — movement marks, collective marks and the percentage are calculated as they are entered. Sheets export as PDFs for riders, and results publish to the event's results board as each class is finalised.

What's the difference between Organisation Management and the Complete Package?

Organisation Management ($10–$30/year) is the events and membership platform — everything described on this page. The Complete Package ($59/month + $299 setup) adds a fully hosted website on your own domain, with a block-based page editor for the committee, custom branding, and your events and entry forms already built in. Registered non-profit clubs can receive 50% off the monthly fee with a coupon code at checkout (example: $29.50/month).

Can I add Premium features to my Basic subscription?

Yes. Premium is a $5/month add-on that adds email marketing to your Basic subscription. The two are billed independently — Basic renews annually on your member count, Premium monthly — so you can cancel Premium at any time and keep everything else.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Email and chat support for every user, on every plan. Use the chat widget on this page for quick questions, or email hello@horsify.com.au about setup, migrating from another platform, or anything else.
