For riding schools & equestrian centres

The complete platform for your riding school

Lessons, online bookings, instructor scheduling, school horses and facility hire in one place — so you spend less time on admin and more time teaching.

No setup fee. No monthly minimum.

Simple pricing on every booking

One rate. Card processing included.

One rate covers everything on your lesson and booking fees — Stripe's card processing is included, not billed separately. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.

2.5% + 30c

Your all-in cost per transaction, card processing included. No setup cost, and nothing extra per booking. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Unlike platforms that charge the club a commission on top of card processing, Horsify's rate is the total.

Or bring your own

On the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and pay Horsify nothing per transaction. Horsify takes nothing from a bank transfer or a cash payment on any plan.

Fast AU payouts

Money settles straight to an Australian bank account via Stripe — no waiting for a lump-sum payout later.

Your diary is not the hard part

Any calendar can hold a lesson. These are the two things a riding school actually runs on.

The horses, and how hard they are working

Every school horse carries who can ride it — level, rider age, and a weight limit in kilograms — and a cap on hours per day and per week. Booking against that is checked, so a pony rated to 40 kg and eight hours a week doesn't quietly end up doing twelve. Farrier, worming, dental and vet dates sit on the same card and go amber before they fall due.

The School Horses screen: cards for Luna, Duke and Bella showing age and temperament, hours ridden this week against a weekly cap, farrier, worming, dental and vet due dates, and each horse's suitable rider level, age range and maximum rider weight.

What each rider is working towards

Levels, and the skills inside each one, sorted into safety and horse care, riding and flatwork, stable management and theory. Tick them off as riders get them, so a parent asking "how is she going?" gets an answer, and the instructor covering a lesson knows where to start. Edit the whole thing to match how you already teach.

The Skills curriculum screen: a Learn to Ride programme with level 1 Lead Rein and level 2 Off the Lead, each listing assessable skills such as approaching a horse calmly, holding the reins correctly and rising trot on the lead rein, tagged by category.

And the rest of it

Online booking that runs overnight, group and private lessons, clinics and workshops. Multi-lesson packages with expiry dates and a running count of what is left. Waitlists that fill a cancellation instead of leaving the slot empty. Instructor profiles, qualifications and availability, and a roster built from them. Arena and facility hire with rate cards and add-ons. Client records with guardians, emergency contacts and medical notes. Digital waivers, incident reports and horse welfare logs. Gift vouchers are in development.
