About rodeo events on Horsify

Rodeo runs on a season. Nominations for a big weekend can open and close inside a fortnight, and the difference between making a draw and missing it is usually knowing the date early. Each rodeo listing shows when nominations open and close alongside the event date, so you can plan a run of weekends rather than chasing one at a time.

Programs vary by association and by ground: bull ride, saddle bronc, bareback, rope and tie, steer wrestling, team roping, breakaway, barrel race and the junior and novice events. The classes actually being run at each rodeo are listed on that rodeo's page, with entry fees where the committee has published them.

Browsing events and entering them is free for riders. Organisers list their events themselves, so the dates, classes and fees shown here are the organiser's own — tell us if something looks wrong.
