Run your club without the spreadsheets
Memberships, events, payments and communications in one place — built for volunteer committees, priced for club budgets. One all-in rate on online payments.
No credit card needed. One all-in rate on online payments.

One rate. Card processing included.
One rate covers everything on your entry and membership fees — Stripe's card processing is included, not billed separately. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.
Your all-in cost per transaction, card processing included. No setup cost, and nothing extra per entry. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Unlike platforms that charge the club a commission on top of card processing, Horsify's rate is the total.
On the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and pay Horsify nothing per transaction. Horsify takes nothing from a bank transfer or a cash payment on any plan.
Money settles straight to an Australian bank account via Stripe — no waiting for a lump-sum payout later.
Three jobs, done properly
Built for the secretary, treasurer and committee who keep the club running — not for IT departments.
Memberships
Every member, horse and renewal in one database — no more chasing spreadsheets between committee members.
Events & payments
Host unlimited events with online entries and payment — money goes straight to your club account.
Communications
Keep members in the loop without another group chat — announcements and reminders that actually get read.
Who has paid, and who hasn't
The question every club treasurer is actually trying to answer, on the screen that answers it.
Active, expiring, expired, pending approval and cancelled, with the count of what expires in which month. Applications from new riders queue for approval rather than arriving as email. Day members are counted separately from the ones who joined for the season. Renewals go out from the same screen, and the payment comes back to the club's own bank account at the same all-in rate as an entry.
Priced for club budgets
Basic is the whole club platform — every feature, unlimited events — priced by member count, so you only pay more as your club grows. Premium adds email marketing; Instructor and Riding School add lesson bookings.

ClubSite: the premium option
For Clubs is self-serve club management on the Horsify platform. If your organisation wants its own branded website — custom domain, your logo and colours, CMS editing, SMS, white-glove setup and priority support — that's ClubSite. Same core system, professional front-end.
Compare For Clubs and ClubSiteHow Horsify compares to other club platforms
Australian equestrian clubs have traditionally stitched together separate tools: an event entry platform such as Nominate for competition nominations, a governing-body membership portal such as JustGo (used for Pony Club Australia and Equestrian Australia memberships), a separate website builder, and spreadsheets to fill the gaps between them.
Horsify's difference is that it covers the whole job in one platform, priced for volunteer committees:
- Online event entries with card payments. Unlimited events on every plan. Online payments are 2.5% + 30c all-in, card processing included. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.
- Club membership management in the same system. Renewals, reminders, member types and fees — flat yearly pricing from $10 to $30 inc GST based on club size, not a per-member charge.
- An optional branded club website. ClubSite adds your own branded website on your own domain, with hosting, content management and support included — no separate website builder needed.
- Australian, end to end. Built and supported in Australia by a family business, hosted on Australian Azure infrastructure, with prices in AUD including GST.
If your club's governing body requires memberships through its own portal, Horsify still works alongside it — many clubs run their events, club-level memberships and website on Horsify while national memberships stay with the governing body.
Questions committees ask
What's included in the basic plan?
The basic plan includes all core club management features: complete member management, membership tracking with automatic number generation, member invitations, membership fee configuration, unlimited event hosting with online registrations, and email communications. Pricing is tiered by active member count: $10/year inc GST for 0-100 members, $20/year inc GST for 101-200 members, and $30/year inc GST for 201+ members. All prices include GST.
How do I invite existing members to join?
You can send email invitations directly from the member management page. Each invitation includes a secure link for members to register and join your club. Their email is automatically verified when they use the invitation link, and they're added to your club with the membership details you configured.
How does automatic membership number generation work?
When you enable auto-generation, Horsify creates unique membership numbers using a 4-character prefix (based on your club name) followed by a sequential number. For example, if your club is "Horseshoe Valley Pony Club", members might receive numbers like HORS12001, HORS12002, etc. You can also manually assign numbers if preferred.
Can we host events and take registrations?
Yes! Horsify includes full event hosting with online registrations and payment processing. Your events are automatically visible to all riders on the platform, helping you reach more participants. Online payments cost 2.5% + 30c per transaction, all-in — Stripe's card processing is included. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way. Where a club adds a platform fee it is the same whichever way you pay — cash, bank transfer or card. On the Riding School and ClubSite plans you can connect your own Stripe account instead and pay Horsify nothing per transaction. Events can also be hidden from the platform and just accessible to your club's membership.
What types of membership fees can we configure?
You can set up multiple membership fee types such as Junior Member, Adult Member, Affiliate Member, or any custom categories your club needs. Each fee type can have its own amount, description, and active status. This flexibility lets you match your existing fee structure.
Can multiple people manage the club?
Yes! You can grant admin privileges to multiple members, allowing your committee to share the management workload. Each admin can invite members, update membership details, host events, and manage the club's settings.
What's included in the Premium add-on?
Premium is an optional $5/month inc GST add-on that unlocks email marketing capabilities including newsletter creation with custom templates, audience segmentation (target members, watchers, or event registrants), campaign analytics to track opens and clicks, and automated follow-ups. Premium is billed monthly and requires an active Basic subscription.
How does billing work with Basic + Premium?
Basic and Premium subscriptions are billed independently. Your Basic subscription renews annually (e.g., $10/year inc GST for 0-100 members), while Premium renews monthly at $5/month inc GST. For example, Gin Gin Pony Club with 55 members pays $10 annually for Basic plus $5 per month for Premium add-on features. All prices include GST.
How does the pricing work as our club grows?
Pricing is based on your active member count and automatically adjusts. Start at $10/year inc GST for up to 100 members, move to $20/year inc GST when you reach 101-200 members, and $30/year inc GST for 201+ members. When you upgrade tiers, you're only charged a prorated amount for the remaining subscription period. All prices include GST.
How does Horsify compare to Nominate or JustGo?
Nominate is an event entry platform and JustGo is the membership portal used by governing bodies such as Pony Club Australia and Equestrian Australia. Horsify combines online event entries, club membership management, communications and an optional branded club website in one platform, with flat yearly pricing from $10 inc GST based on club size. Online payments are 2.5% + 30c all-in with nothing added for riders, and Horsify works alongside governing-body portals where national memberships must stay with the governing body.
