One rate covers everything on your entry and membership fees — Stripe's card processing is included, not billed separately. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.
Your all-in cost per transaction, card processing included. No setup cost, and nothing extra per entry. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Unlike platforms that charge the club a commission on top of card processing, Horsify's rate is the total.
On the Riding School and ClubSite plans, connect your own Stripe account and pay Horsify nothing per transaction. Horsify takes nothing from a bank transfer or a cash payment on any plan.
Money settles straight to an Australian bank account via Stripe — no waiting for a lump-sum payout later.

How does the 60-day free trial work?
The Instructor, Riding School and ClubSite plans are free for 60 days. You don't enter a credit card to start one, and the ClubSite setup fee is waived on the trial.Launch offer: start a ClubSite trial by 1 November 2026 and it runs for 6 months instead. We'll remind you by email before the trial ends; add a payment method any time before then to continue, or do nothing and the plan simply stops — you're never charged without adding a card first. Basic and Premium don't have a trial: at $10–$30 a year and $5 a month they're priced to just start. Each plan's trial can be used once per organisation.

Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my club grows?
Basic plan pricing is based on member count tiers: 0-100 members ($10/year), 101-200 ($20/year), 201+ ($30/year). You'll only be charged the higher rate when you exceed the threshold, and all features remain unlimited.
What's the difference between Instructor Tier and Riding School?
Instructor Tier ($15/month) is designed for solo instructors running a single-person business with exactly 1 instructor (you). Riding School ($39/month) supports multi-instructor operations with staff scheduling, multiple instructors, and school horse management. If you're a solo instructor, the Instructor Tier has everything you need at a lower cost.
Can I combine plans?
Yes! You can combine Basic with Premium for email marketing, or add Riding School management to your Basic subscription. Instructor Tier is a standalone plan for solo instructors. ClubSite is a standalone comprehensive solution that includes club management features.
